Ken Lynch, Senior Managing Director, CIMA

Mr. Lynch has been in the marketing and the financial services industry since 1983. Prior to joining the firm in 2003, Mr. Lynch held similar positions at CIBC World Markets and Smith Barney. Before moving into the wealth management arena, Mr. Lynch was a senior municipal bond trader at Bankers Trust and Shearson Lehman Brothers and managed the municipal money market desk at E.F Hutton and Company. At Oppenheimer Asset Management, he manages the Sales and Marketing Department, the Asset Allocation Group, and the Proposal Group. He is a member of Oppenheimer Asset Management's Executive Committee and the Asset Allocation Committee. |

| Cyndi Cardenas (10 years fixed income administrative experience) is an Assistant Vice President, responsible for Client Services. She has been in the financial industry since 1998 and has held various administrative positions throughout her career. Prior to joining Oppenheimer Investment Management, Ms. Cardenas provided administrative support for the Chief Investment Officer and Portfolio Management Group at 40|86 Advisors, Inc. |
